This project encompassed master planning of a five-city-block campus renovation, a 30,000 square foot City hall addition, a 45,000 square foot non-ductile concrete seismic renovation of the original City Hall Building including complete interior renovation, integrated on-site parking, and an overall cosmetic unification of the campus.
