This project encompassed master planning of a five-city-block campus renovation, a 30,000 square foot City Hall addition, a 45,000 square foot non-ductile concrete seismic renovation of the original City Hall Building including complete interior renovation, integrated on-site parking, and an overall cosmetic unification of the campus.  The project also involved the South Annex City Offices that house the California Conservatory Theater and a complete upgrade and remodel of the Public Safety Building.  Project budget for this multi-phase, six-year project was $18 million.
