Currently in the Preliminary Design Phase this development will provide a "Continuum of Care" campus of 199 units. The project will have assisted living, congregate care and independent living options for residents 65 and older. The senior housing phase of this project is the first phase of a two phased six acre development. Phase Two consisting of 207 units of fair market housing. Working closely with the City of Milpitas, the design of this project will incorporate newly adopted transit guidelines, neighborhood guidelines while amending entitlements from a previously approved apartment project.
