Mr. Burns co-founded Collaborative Design Architects Inc. (CDA Inc.) in 1979. With over 25 years of professional design experience, he has been designing and building public and private structures throughout the western United States and Hawaii. Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), Mr. Burns is a registered architect in California, Hawaii, Nevada and Montana. ....

Kolby Fehlberg-Burns joined the firm in 1985. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations, interior design and color selction on the projects.

Mr. Groce joined CDA Inc. in November 1996, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in the field of computer-aided design and drafting and all phases of architectural services. As a Project Architect at CDA Inc., Mr. Groce has applied his knowledge to facilitate the provision of architectural services on a variety of projects.
